Financial Object Toolkits Ltd. has released a number of CORBA service products for handling Calendars and Holidays as well as for providing risk functionality.

Free Software

The base service will be made freely available to financial institutions for a limited evaluation period to allow them to experiment with the use of Java components within a CORBA service. Interested companies can apply here.

In order to utilise the FOTO CORBA Calendar Server it is necessary to have a CORBA compliant ORB. The FOTO software has been tested with the following ORBs

• Hitachi's TPBroker 3.1
• Iona's OrbixWeb 3.0
